Appointment Guidelines
 
Our practice is dedicated to quality care and exceptional service. We respect your time and we work very hard to schedule appointments that accomodate the busy scheduling needs of all our patients. In return, we ask that patients make an effort not to change or cancel their dental appointments. Broken or changed appointments make problems for other patients as well as our dental practice. If yoy find you must change an appointment, we require one full business day's notice so that we may accommodate another patient.
Our Financial Policy
 
  We realize every person's financial situation is different. We have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the quality dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile.
  All fees should be paid at or before the time of treatment. If you have insurance, we will be happy to assist you in processing your claims. We will accept insurance benefits assigned to us, but ask that you pay your portion at the time of treatment. For longer term financing, we offer several different options; please contact the office for more information.
  For patients who pay their portion of the estimated fee one week prior to their scheduled appointment, we offer a 5% prepay courtesy. Our retired seniors, 65 and older, receive a 5% courtesy if all fees are paid the day treatment is rendered.
  Dental insurance is a great benefit. We will do everything possible to help you receive the full benefits of your policy. However we are only able to estimate your co-pays. Regardless of what is estimated, we must stress that the insurance agreement is between you, the patient, and your insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for the total treatment fee should your insurance not pay.
